Description

Leopoldo Guaroa Echevarria De La Rosa (also known as Jose Soto-Rasario) was reported missing in April 2019. Leopoldo was reportedly staying with a family member in Jacksonville, NC, but had left a month earlier. On July 15, 2025, law enforcement followed up with family and Leopoldo had still not been located.
