Description

Mr. Miller was picked up in Johnson City, TN by a family member. The family member drove him to the Shell Station in the 100 block of Boone Street in Jonesborough where he was supposed to get a ride to Kentucky. Nobody has had contact with Mr. Miller since he was dropped off.
