Description

Tiara and her friend walked away from their residence. Tiara is known to have ties to the Bethlehem area, possibly in a wooded area. It is unknown if they are on foot or were picked up in a vehicle. It is not believed that either juvenile has a phone. On 8/19/2025, Tiara's friend was located and returned to Pike County. The friend was located in Bethlehem City; however, she was not with Tiara and did not say where Tiara was currently staying. She only stated that Tiara was still in Bethlehem City somewhere with a friend.
