Victor Humberto Cabrera-Montoya was reported missing by his Aunt and had not been seen or heard from since he crossed the border from Sinaloa, Mexico into Arizona. Victor's family received an anonymous tip that Victor was being held in Gila Bend, Arizona 85337. Victor is currently listed as a Missing Person in NCIC/ACIC and his whereabouts is unknown.
