Description

Johnny Kincaid was last seen in the area of 3420 Broadway at about 6:30 a. m. , August 22, 2008. The vehicle he was driving was located about a week later at 12th and Indiana. Mr. Kincaid has not been seen since. His family fears he may have met with foul play.
