John last spoke to family on 1/29/2016 and was last known to be residing in Tallahassee, FL. John had missed several appointments, and no activity was observed on his bank accounts. As of this writing, it has only been found that John checked in into a facility in Tallahassee, FL on 1/31/2016. During the initial report, John was described as a black male, having brown eyes and gray hair (balding), typically wears glasses, carries a blue book bag, and wears jeans with an unknown type of jacket. A bank surveillance photo of John dated 1/12/2016 and a facial image dated 1/18/2012 are available and will be attached to this case file.
