Luna is approximately 5’9", 140lbs, brown hair, brown eyes, with a mustache. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with blue jeans and black shoes. On 12/3/2024, a family member walked Luna up to a TSA check point at the Orlando International Airport to board a flight to Washington, D. C. at 1031 hours. On 12/4/2024, the family member received notification that he did not make it to Mexico. A check of the flight record revealed Luna never made his flight to Washington D. C.
