Travis was last seen after an argument with his partner at a motel in Kirkland, WA on 03/14/25. When the partner returned the next day, Travis' belongings were no longer in the hotel room and his vehicle was gone. On 03/17/2025 his vehicle was located in a rural area of Elma, WA abandoned with his dog inside. Travis began presenting differently than the sex assigned at birth and had adopted the name Scarlett.
