Ian travelled from Woodinville, WA to the Phoenix airport, then took an Uber ride from the airport to Painted Rock Petroglyph Site (part of the U. S. National Park Service) in AZ. There has been no record of him since. Ian has mental health concerns and made statements of self-harm before his disappearance.
