Richard is a long-distance truck driver. He was last seen on video surveillance at the Pilot Truckstop in Kenly, NC. Officers located the truck, fresh groceries, and his personal belongings in the Truckstop PVA, but no signs of Richard on October 22, 2024. He has not reached out to his employer or family members since this date. He was last seen by another truck driver who previously worked with Richard on the night of October 15, 2024.
