Description

Chang Cho was last seen on March 27, 2026, at approximately 8:30 pm at his Senior Assisted Living facility located on Ventura Blvd in Encino, CA. Chang's room, the entire building, and the immediate area of Ventura Blvd were canvassed and were met with negative results. The missing individual is at risk and he may be disoriented and/or delusional. His speech may be slurred or he may be non-verbal.
