Jacob voluntarily walked out of Roy's Resource Center in the city of Palm Springs where he was living. Jacob was subject to a court-ordered conservatorship. In as much, Jacob was not free to make his own decisions on when he was allowed to leave Roy's. He has not been seen or heard from since.
