Description
On 4-28-96, Wayne LEONG was last seen at Laie Point planning to dive the area, and exit a few miles away. LEONG never exited the water, and a search led to the recovery of LEONG's wetsuit and dive equipment. Examination of LEONG's wetsuit and dive equipment indicated that he may have been attacked by a shark.
