Subject was last known to be in the area of the Deep Creek ranches of Uintah County where he was working. Marty was on probation with Adult Parole and Probation and had an ankle monitor. Law enforcement was able to track the ankle monitor to the Deep Creek area where it stopped transmitting. The area where the ankle monitor had been transmitting has been searched by both law enforcement and search and rescue. Marty has had no contact with any family members since his disappearance.
