The complainant stated she last saw the MP on April 18, 2026 around 0800 hours when he left to get boxes for their move. The complainant stated she received a call from the MP, stating he was giving people rides from a clinic downtown to make some extra money. The complainant stated the MP called again stating someone didn`t pay him and he was going to get his money and then the boxes and come home. The complainant stated on April 19, 2026 around 1300 hours the MP called her stating he would be home that evening. The complainant stated the MP missed an interview on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 with Goodwill and did not show up today to sign the lease for their new apartment. The complainant stated she reached out to the MP`s family in Chicago and they stated they have not spoken with him either. The complainant stated the MP usually speaks with his family in Chicago daily. The complainant stated the MP`s has family members who live in Colonial Heights. The complainant stated she does not have the phone number to the family members she communicates on facebook, with a family member. The complainant stated the MPs family member has not responded to her message on Facebook yet. The complainant stated the MP`s phone is no longer working.
