Description

On 03-10-2012, the missing person went on a fishing trip headed for the Channel Islands. On 03-11-2012, USCG and vessels searched the area near Santa Cruz Island and discovered a capsized vessel. Three deceased subjects were found, and the fourth was still outstanding. The fourth unaccounted-for person was Jose Juan Perez. Perez's remains are still unaccounted for.
