Reporting party advised that before the date of March 8th, 2026, Jeffery was staying in Manteca, California. Per reporting party, Jeffery told him that he wanted to pack up and go visit a family member in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Reporting party advised the last known contact with Jeffery was through a friend he had met along the way. Reporting party advised that Jeffery had told the family member that he was in town and staying with the friend and his girlfriend in a vehicle at the Central Mall parking lot, but was not given a vehicle description. Jeffrey has not been heard from since.
