Description

Sebastien left Dover, New Hampshire and was supposed to go back to Boston and from there take a bus back to Union Station DC. Sebastien never called or came home. It was learned Sebastien purchased a bus ticket from Boston to Midtown Manhattan on 6/21/26. We have not heard from him since. We called and texted multiple times. Sebastien has been missing for 36 days and we believe he is in imminent danger or harming himself. Sebastien has a tattoo on his leg with the word "Parfait" and a skin blemish from vitiligo above his right eye.
