John Kapaun was last seen walking away from his residence in Burnsville, MN around 2pm on 05/26/2026. Mr. Kapaun's last known direction of travel was walking northbound on County Road 11 toward Highway 13 in Burnsville, MN but his destination is unknown. Mr. Kapaun left without his cellphone, which he normally brings with him, and he also left without his wallet or other personal items. Mr. Kapaun has a noticeable bounce in his step and he has a distinctive long beard and long hair. Extensive searches of areas Mr. Kapaun is known to frequent have been conducted but he has still not been located.
