Police on St. Thomas are asking for the community’s assistance to locate a missing 51-year-old man. Clayton Antonio Simmonds, also known as “Tony" or "Shaku, ” was last seen by his family more than 10 years ago. Police have been searching for anyone who may have seen Simmonds lately without success.
