Description

Charles was reported missing on 07/11/94. He was last seen on 07/05/94 in the Allegan City area. Specifically, he was seen at his home in Allegan Mobile Estates and/or at Riverside Market convenience store in Allegan. To date Charles has not been located. He was almost 52 years old at the time of his disappearance and would be almost 73 years old today.
