Sandra was last seen with her son, John Jacobson (MP #8710) at approximately 8:00pm leaving a family member's residence in the vicinity of the 1100 block of University Dr. in Bismarck, ND. The following day, her gray 1990 Honda Civic was located abandoned at the Centennial Beach parking lot which is adjacent to the Missouri River in Bismarck, ND. Sandra has a medical condition.
