Description

Shawn Rice was reportedly Suicidal and last known to be in the area of Chattaroy, WA. His vehicle was recovered in that area. On 8/15/02 a human skull was found in the Little Spokane River which was later identified as Rice. Remaining portion of body has not been recovered.
