Description

Williams was married on 6/4/94. His wife reported him missing on 6/6/94 at 1:00am. He has not been seen again. Williams' family does not believe he would abandon the young daughter of whom he had custody. Foul play is suspected. Williams was a former correctional officer and a member of the Army reserves.
