Description

Missing Person was last heard of on 04/24/2013 before he was scheduled to cross into Hidalgo County, Texas. As per the wife she mentioned he was going to cross the Rio Grande River through Reynosa into La Joya, TX with another family member. Wife has also made contact with Mexican Consulate and Homeland Security - still missing. The family member this person was scheduled to travel into the US with is also missing.
