Jose was last seen/heard from in Mexicali, Baja California. He had stated to friends and family that he was going to check his P. O Box at the local post office in Calexico, California which is only 3 miles from the US Port of Entry. His phone was found in his house in Mexicali and his vehicle has not been located.
