Description

On 06-27-13 Karen Wycoff f-59 reported her husband Steven Wycoff m-66 missing after his kayak was found empty and floating North of the Kawaihae Small Boat Harbor. Steven went fishing this morning at 0600 hours and his kayak was found at 1050 hours.
