Marty Small participated in a holiday cruise on 11/19/1981 on board the Coast Guard Cutter ‘Fir’, sponsored by the VA hospital. When the ship docked back on Lake Union, Marty could not be found. His wallet was located on board the ship but he has not been seen since the night of the cruise.
