Risha Lewis left her residence in the 400 block of Moorehouse Dr. in New Castle, DE and went to visit a friend in the 200 block of W. Pulaski Hwy in Elkton, MD. At approximately 1:30am Risha called home and stated she was on her way back but never arrived. Her vehicle, described as a white, four door, 1997 Ford Crown Victoria was later located on October 17, 2006 in Newark, DE.
