Description

MP was distraught regarding a federal arrest for narcotics trafficking. MP sent several suicide letters to family and friends indicating he would be taking his life on the coast. MP vehicle was located on a coastal bluff near mile post marker 71. 59 of Highway 1 in Westport, Ca. , with additional letters. It’s also suspected that MP may have fled to avoid prosecution.
