Description

Mr. Gibbs was last seen on 4/25/98 at 7:30 a. m. , at his residence by his girlfriend, who left for work. When the girlfriend returned home, Mr. Gibbs was missing. All of his vehicles and his beloved dog were still at the residence. Mr. Gibbs did not show up for work over the course of the next few days and has not been seen from since.
