Horry County PD Major Crimes Detectives have been investigating the disappearance of Heather Elvis, who was reported missing on December 19th. Heather's vehicle was located at the Peachtree Boat Landing in Socastee subsequently. She was last seen about 2:00 AM on 12/18/2013.
