On 11/3/12 the previous evening, Boyle had contact with law enforcement for a driving offense, and it's believed he was distraught at the time he left home. Boyle left his residence in his red 2006 Chrysler Pacifica, with the Washington license plate 169WNT, neither have been seen since.
