Leah and her father Donald Rice jumped off of the Bond Bridge in Kansas City MO (over the Missouri river) on 3/21/13. Donald's body was located in the Missouri river in the Sugar Creek area. Leah's body has not been located. Leah also had her dog strapped to her in a baby sling when she jumped.
