Description

Francis Wisnovsky was involved in a diving operation at Lost Creek Lake on July 29th, 1980, around 1515 hours. Wisnovsky entered the water to work on cables for the boat dock, and its believed he drowned approximately one-hundred fifty (150) feet under water.
