Description

Best was last seen in the area 1900 block of South Camino Real of on 09/11/2000. His vehicle was located the same day in a parking lot at the Palm Springs Arial Tramway. Search and Rescue Teams searched the mountain areas and located Best’s wallet on a hiking trail but Best was not located.
