On 3/18/15 at approximately 5:00 P. M. Victor Manuel Carillo-Gamez was last seen in the area of 107th Avenue and Campbell Street in Phoenix, Arizona. He has not been seen or heard from again. **Partial skeletal remains belonging to Victor were found on 7/21/16.
