Description

The juvenile subject was last seen in the area where known shooting had recently occurred. The subject was last spoke to his girlfriend at about 0130 in the morning on 25 april 2015 asking to meet at vacant house so they could be together. The juvenile is know to have been in a altercation with separate group of the "moes' this issue is alleged to be over a takeover.
