Description

On 8/25/1998, the Antwon's vehicle was located on Cosgrove Avenue. The vehicle had its hazard lights on, and the vehicle was still running. Officers attempted to locate the driver but had no luck. It was later found that Antwon was last seen leaving Dame Court in North Charleston. The vehicle belonged to a family member.
