Sheila was last seen on February 27, 1980, in her bedroom inside of her family's ninth-floor apartment in the Harold Ickes Homes in Chicago, Illinois. She was last seen wearing white underpants, a white t-shirt, white socks and no shoes or gold pajama bottoms and possibly a dark blue winter coat. At the time of her disappearance, Sheila was a 4-year-old, African-American female. Black hair, brown eyes.
