Relatives last saw Steven Leasure at a home on May 2, 2015, in the 1400 block of Gnahn Street. Others reported seeing him later in the day airing up the tires of his bicycle at the Circle K at 1012 Maple Street. On June 9, 2015, Steven's bicycle was found at Lake West. On June 8, 2016, part of a human foot was found at Lake West in Burlington. In 2017, the FBI confirmed to Burlington Police, that the partial remains were that of Steven.
