Unknown. Andrew was last seen at approximately 8:00am on Federal Forest Rd. 162 just north of State Hwy 70 near Draper, WI. His silver 2001 Chevrolet Impala was located at the location he was last seen. The vehicle had been left out of gas with the keys in the ignition.
