Description

Schaff was last seen walking on Rt 149 in the Town of Granville, New York in the early morning hours of January 18th, 2014. He was accompanied by two subjects who had stopped and then watched Schaff continue to walk on Rt 149 towards Vermont. Schaff has not been seen since.
