Martise Brian Williams, 29, was last seen Aug. 4, 2015, at his home in the 6000 block of Mannington Avenue. The vehicle he had been driving, a silver 2015 Buick Verano, was later found on the 2400 block of Elsinore Avenue in Baltimore City. Williams is described as black, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 175 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was wearing a graphic t-shirt and shorts with unknown footwear.
