Description

From Hot Springs. Reported missing to Hot Springs Police. Had been residing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin but was last seen in Texas along the border with Mexico. Texas DPS reports that Pope last seen on 3/28/2014 while Hot Springs PD reports to NCIC that he was last seen on 5/4/2014.
