Andrea was last seen in Humboldt, California on 07/31/1991. Investigative information indicates she was last seen at about 1:30pm that day hitchhiking along Highway 299 eastbound, east of Blue Lake. She may have received a ride from that location in a white over green 1964 Chevy Impala four-door with mud/snow tires on the rear.
