Chip was last seen by a family member on March 5, 2016, who he spent the day with and was dropped back off at his home in Milton, FL around 6:30 pm. Chip's roommate posted on Facebook that when she came home, the house was in disarray with mud tracked throughout the house and Chip was nowhere to be found. She also stated his cell phone was in the master bathroom.
