Description

Valeriano Flores-Mata was last seen onboard or near the F/V Deep Pacific as it prepared to leave St. Paul Harbor on July 24, 2004 at 9:15 p. m. A few hours out to sea, crewmembers were unable to locate Flores-Mata. Search efforts by the U. S. C. G and St. Paul Police Department were unsuccessful both on land and at sea.
