Description

Starina Woods was last known to be alive on March 10-11, 2016 at her home in Charleston WV. Investigators determined that Starina Woods was in a domestic altercation with her husband/spouse at their home leading up to her disappearance. Starina Woods was not reported missing until May 19, 2016 by a family member. Investigators have found foul play present and the last person to see Starina Woods alive was her husband.
