Mr. Solano was last seen Monday, January 26, 2015 at 2330 hours at his residence, in Sterling, CO. Mr. Solano left his home on foot after being involved in an argument at that location. Mr. Solano has a history of mental illness and did not take medication with him. The Sterling Police Department is asking for assistance in locating Mr. Solano and checking his welfare.
